I placed an order the day the system came out with next day delivery. It sat for days without any progress and also didn't allow support to cancel because the order didn't seem to exist on their end. Instead of telling me this first, it took a half dozen calls to support until they acknowledged the issue instead of lying about fixing it. The second my contact ends, I'm going to AT&T

Ordered on launch day and today is July 2. I have yet to receive my Switch 2, I guess that's what I get for ordering a console from a cellular company.

I ordered this on release date but two weeks later still no shipping date.
I grew tired so I chatted with them to cancel but they are having a hard time with it apparently.
I am still getting charged for it a month later and obviously not getting the switch.

Verizon Canceled My Order… Placed order on a Friday. Received email on a Monday saying they cancelled the order. No reason given. Assume they couldn’t handle the demand of the new system launch and apparently don’t understand how to track their own inventory. Suppose that’s what I get trying to order a console from a phone provider…

Verizon never fulfilled order, ordered on 06/05, currently 06/17. 4 contacts have been made to customer service, INC ticket was opened, manager spoken to. Not only has the product not shipped, a requested refund has not been processed. No confirmation number, no money back. Just sitting in limbo. Do not buy non phone products from Verizon. Deal with a real company that you can trust to fill orders as they are placed.
