    Manage my billing

    Your All accounts page is the go-to resource in My Business Wireless for almost anything related to billing on the accounts for which you have the needed permissions. On this page you can quickly access useful billing information, such as:

    • Viewing your real-time bill balance
    • Editing your billing address
    • Managing your billing account alias
    • Updating paper-free billing

    To get to your All accounts page when signed in to My Business Wireless, simply:

    1. Navigate to Manage > Account > View account numbers

    You can also use the four sortable columns to view account information by:

    • Billing information
    • Total lines
    • Active lines
    • Upgrade eligibility

    If you need to download or print your list of accounts, just click the icons on the top right of the All accounts screen.

    Use the three-dot icon at the end of each account for quick access to a number of useful account features. Click any link to:

    • Edit billing address
    • Manage billing account alias
    • Update paper-free billing
    • See payment history
    • Update your alerts and notifications
