Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The device itself is great, but we had a frightening experience when sending a text to our child on this phone and had another person respond to the message because there is some sort of overlap with this device and another customer. It will be TWO WEEKS this Sunday and we have yet to get this resolved. It is a MAJOR privacy violation issue for our child and the other customer that has not been handled well by Verizon. We are still waiting on the text/mail response that was promised within 24-48 hours during our second correspondence with support. That was several days ago. Protected your customers, please.

I bought this phone for my mother-in-law in a nursing home. The clarity is better for her than her last one, but I wish the buttons were a little larger & better described for an elderly person, since they’re more likely to buy a flip phone of this type.

It works well. My previous phone had low volume. This one can be set to loudly ring and talk. Easy to use. May complaint is that at the store they could not run my contacts over to my new phone, so I had to enter them all by hand…….

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This is a basic phone,it's.Easy to navigate through the menu and it has more features than I will use. It has a solid feel to it and can easily fit into your jacket pocket and not feel bulky. The sound of incoming calls is really good and clear.The keyboard numbers are easy to read,and so is the screen. This phone to me seems to charge really quick compared to my older phone. I would buy this phone again without hesitation I love it!

This is a great phone for my two grandchildren to share! I didn’t want to get them a smartphone; I’d like to delay that for as long as possible!The only downside is no voicemail. Other than that this phone is just what they need to communicate with me and their friends.

Can you disable the camera or block pictures in text

The camera cannot be disabled as it's built into the software. There are options to filter picture messages but disabling picture texts completely is built into cellular connection and cannot be disabled completely.
