DREADFUL PHONE & AWFUL VERIZON SERVICE

I originally had your Orbic Journey flip phone which you gave me when Verizon stopped supporting my Nokia 3g technology flip phone. Orbic had 4g technology. Now, with this TCL I am stuck with the TOTALLY UNHEALTHY 5g technology. The phone is built with deplorable material. It picks up every fingerprint, and it is impossible to gently wipe off. Even the managers and staff at the Verizon store said that everyone has the same complaint, and they had nothing to suggest. Unlike Orbic Journey, there are no words on this screen to send you to Contacts or other screens. No one at the Verizon stores wanted to migrate my contacts from Orbic to TCL. It was a horror and A DISASTER. One staff member at the Verizon Store in Manhasset, L.I. got some contacts migrated, but YOUR ROTTEN SERVICE will cause me to have to pay some company (recommended by Verizon, no less) to migrate my contacts. YOUR SERVICE IS DESPICABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE. When you gifted me with the Orbic Journey, everything was taken care of: migration of contacts and all questions. And, that phone is easy to keep clean and was well=built. Feel free to call or email me with questions. Several of my clients tell me to dump Verizon.

I thought I was ordering a talk and text only phone and specifically asked the store if they had a non-camera phone. This phone has a camera so I am not happy with it. When I called customer service, they asked why I wanted a camera-less phone and this is nobody's business why I want a phone like this.

It is good as a very basic flip. I adjust to change well but have a bit of trouble with the alphabetical case changing and somehow holding the phone in a way or hitting something that sends texts before they are done. You cannot download or add ringtones in any way. It is not as good as my previous phone which was a dinosaur.

Purchased the TCL Flip 3 in late Dec 2025, and by late Jan 2026, it could no longer hold a charge. I returned the Dec 2025 phone and we charged more to replace it in late Jan 2026. Within days, the new TCL Flip 3 (1) started getting "install error" notifications when I never tried to install anything -- I only use the phone for calling and texting. After speaking with a Verizon agent, I checked for software updates (there were none) and I tried rebooting the phone, but later that same day got the same "install error notifications. Also, within days, the new TCL Flip 3 stopped holding a charge -- I would charge it to 100% and within hours (and without using the phone), it will go down to 60% -- so I need to charge it multiple times per day. Is there an inherent flaw with the Flip 3 or did I get 2 lemon phones????? Now, after only a week, I need to find a new phone, which saddens me because other than these MAJOR defects, I would love this phone. Why is Verizon discontinuing the TCL Flip Pro -- the phone I had before the Flip 3 but I accidently got it wet and had to replace it.

Your service is TERRIBLE, my phone broke and went to store to buy a new one said couldn't help me and sent me to another store where I ordered the phone. They said my phone will arrive in 2 to 3 days, that was 3 weeks ago. I called the store for updates and they said they did not know anything and basically blew me off. I am looking to go with another phone company. I have been without a phone and its just terrible.

it seems all the batteries lose power even when phones aren't being used and i'm upset that i had to purchase a phone because the phone verizon sent me when they upgraded to 5g fell apart and the phone i had was working fine
