So far so good. After getting used to new button configuration from the old phone, it's pretty easy to use. Shout out to the Quarryville PA V store for being able to get my contacts over to the new one. Thanks guys!! GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! These guys are really good! Downingtown not so much!

The phone will show 2 different times of day and 2 different dates... The opened screen shows the correct date and time... The flip closed small screen frezzes on a date and time and doesn't change unless you turn it on and off... Ridiculous

New phone with a major privacy violation

ProtectiveMom26 . 1 month ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The device itself is great, but we had a frightening experience when sending a text to our child on this phone and had another person respond to the message because there is some sort of overlap with this device and another customer. It will be TWO WEEKS this Sunday and we have yet to get this resolved. It is a MAJOR privacy violation issue for our child and the other customer that has not been handled well by Verizon. We are still waiting on the text/mail response that was promised within 24-48 hours during our second correspondence with support. That was several days ago. Protected your customers, please.

Having to pay for data when the phone even doesn't do its insane

Easy to use. Good voice and text capability.

Good choice for us

I bought this phone for my mother-in-law in a nursing home. The clarity is better for her than her last one, but I wish the buttons were a little larger & better described for an elderly person, since they’re more likely to buy a flip phone of this type.

My father is 96 years old and just needs a simple phone to receive phone calls. This phone works well for him.
