The fact that you have to bloody download the manual (it's not included with the purchase) is not the phone's fault, but it IS a crappy way to do business. The quick reference little pamphlet is useless unless you understand what all the little buttons are called. . . the names of which are in the manual which you have to download. Did I mention that already?

This is a great little no-frills phone, or do you want to do make phone calls this is the flip phone for you. I didn’t recommend it for texting unless you well-versed in punching the key pad… Really durable, it was a long lasting battery and big buttons
