Embarrassing to ask for review when I never received it!?!

They did a sign only delivery with me not knowing and it coincided with me being out of town and it ended up being returned to sender. This is an embarrassment on their end to even send a product review when the product was never even received and had to be reordered because once it was returned to the sender the order was cancelled.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The camera is amazing and the quality of the video is great! No WiFi or electricity needed to capture the video!! Best camera quality ever!

2. MicroSD card required, sold separately.
3. Arlo Secure includes cloud recordings of video clips at 2K or lower resolution for 30 days. Renewal of an Arlo Secure subscription is required to maintain Arlo Secure features, including cloud storage.

We have had several of these cameras connected by Verizon cellular for 5 years. (and we don’t even have the best cell service where they are located) Just bought 3 more for different areas and they connected right up to my mobile app for monitoring. 5 star cameras.

The camera does not work without a monthly plan. Total scam. The old Arlo cameras would record to SD card. This camera accepts an SD card but you cannot view recording from the app. Completely useless. All the new Arlo cameras require a monthly plan to operate.

Green corrosion.

It’s a good camera until green corrosion takes over your magnetic power cable and power port. It has happened to me twice. This time, I’m out of warranty.

Cameras don’t camera feed when it’s cold outside. Verizon doesn’t honor refund on a junk product if past 30 days. It wasn’t cold when I purchased. I had to eat 600 dollars worth of garbage security cameras. I can’t recommend this product.

So far so good. The camera picture and wide angle coverage is impressive. A lot of upgraded options form the previous models is really helpful.

this is replacement for older model we purchased from verizon. would not activate and after 1 hr and 51 minutes online with tech support they are sending new sim card. was promised by monday and ups showing will arrive on thursday

For Arlo Go 2 camera, since it accept the microSD memory card, can I do continous video recording to the MicroSD memory card ? What is the largest MicroSD memory card it can take ?

If I have my camera set up in a location with no power, and is running off LTE, does the camera itself have the data plan with Verizon, therefore not needing any other device in the vicinity of the camera?

I just bought an Arlo Go 2 from Verizon, which came with an activated SIM card but no set up instructions. I have set it up to work with my Wifi network; but couldn't get it connected to the cellular service. How to set up LTE? What's APN if required?
