A rep set it up October 28, 2025 at a Verizon Cellular store and despite repeated trips and efforts to get the camera to show clips on my phones, I am still stuck with bills but ZERO recordings. Money spent: $340. Time spent: over 12 hours.

We purchased 3 Arlo Go Cameras. The Arlo app is easy to get around once you work with it. Plans for Arlo need to be purchased through Arlo.com. Once this was all done it’s been great. We were already set up with Verizon. I would highly recommend buying the camera through Verizon as they are set up ready to go. I had some questions about the 3 month free trial & the monthly plan rates & Arlo support was very helpful with little to no wait time. The video feed is awesome. We couldn’t be happier.
