Hi Kayy. Thanks for your review. Yes, the Hum device gets its power from the car's OBD-II port. If it gets unplugged from the port, it no longer is powered and cannot provide its location. Thank you for your suggestion which we will share with our product managers.Church719 . 11 months ago

I can't see how to set up this device to have wifi...it's not on the app nor the desktop version

The hum unit fails to respond after entering password on its app. An error message appears: Something is wrong try again. This is an older Hum unit that may need to be replaced. Please advise

Do I just sign up? Or do I need to order a device for my car first. I have WiFi available in my 2022 Malibu. I am not sure how to start of sign up and turn it on.
