We opted out of the Pixel and Pixel 2 due to poor reviews. Everything we read basically said the 3 finally got it right. We were excited for this purchase. The only huge downside is the battery life on the smaller version is horrible compared to say Apple Watch (almost any recent generation) and that’s very odd when trying to be competitive in the market. I hope this gets fixed in the 4.

So the watch itself is good, but the service was awful. I came in because my old one was not charging but worked fine. The person that helped, Jesus, told me that they didn't have chargers at the store to try, (which is not good business if you don't have your product there to sell), and the new watches have a different charger that clips/straps to said watch, also it can charge on a port. I got the new watch, it has the same charger, which indeed charges my old watch, also does not charge on the port at all. I went in again to tell them that the employee either lied to me or doesn't have knowledge of the product, possibly both. The manager or whoever it was then just asked if I wanted to keep the watch or return it with the $50 open box fee and clearly did not care that the employee worked in this way. So that is incredibly frustrating considering i work in the customer service industry.

The watch is beautiful. I wish it would charge..

I've had this watch for maybe a week. The tracking is beautiful. The look is gorgeous. And I've charged tlit three times so the battery is amazing. Unfortunately it's currently a black screen brick. I'm not sure if the watch isn't charging or olif the charging dock malfunctioned, but it's not charging. Not the best experience at the moment.

Battery life has been absolutely solid, especially when compared to the older pixel watches. Having a watch app and a Fitbit app doesn’t make sense. Just combine everything in one app. Sleep tracking is absolutely terrible. This is inexcusable for the price. It shows me waking up 20+ times per night. Lastly, the charger is poorly designed. Having a 4 pin connection system instead of just doing the charging like Apple or Samsung is a huge miss.

I bought a Galaxy watch.This watch worked great to start with.But now Google Assistant will not work on it.They put something on it called Bixby it sucks! My question is will google assistant work on this watch?Does it have the heart monoter?

So I have galaxy S23 Ultra. Is this compatible with this watch? If you have your phone with Verizon and you want to pre order can you make payments or do you need to pay for it all up front?

can you pair with Iphone

Hi crissy. To connect Google Pixel Watch, you need a compatible Android phone with Android OS version 8.0 or newer (9.0 or newer for Google Pixel Watch 2 and 10.0 or newer for Google Pixel Watch 3). iOS phones are currently not supported.
