[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to use this watch because how strong it is. Great storage and reliable, it always stays on my wrist no matter if I'm awake or asleep. The features that this watch offers don't compare to anything in the market. From reminding me to get up and stretch to automatically knowing when I'm working out, it does it all. I thought the AI would be a deal breaker, but it's become an asset rather than a liability in my day-to-day basis as it can send texts, summarize emails, and work around my routine like an assistant.

I have had this product for less than a year and already it is malfunctioning. It will stop charging after only charging 10%. The heart rate measurement is almost always inaccurate: it more closely matches my step cadence than my heart rate. The timer functions sometimes goes off late. It does not connect properly to samsung health: in the app I cannot use certain functions because I "need a galaxy watch ultra or watch with UI 8 or above" which I have. I have tried reseting the watch, cleaning the surface, checking the position of the watch, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, all with no benefit. Not worth the expensive price tag.

Can i download the freestyle libre app onto the watch? I'm type 2 diabetics. Additionally, does this work away from my cell (ie cell phone in different location)?
