What's up with Samsung and Verizon?

Bought a Galaxy Watch 8 Ultra directly from Samsung. I wanted to add it and use share phone. Was on the line for over an hour with Verizon support trying to get it activated. They kept telling me the IMEI number is wrong and incompatible with Verizon. Come on Verizon, get your sh%t together. I did some searching and found this was a known problem, but some people were getting it fixed by Verizon Tier 3 techs. Samsung says it's compatible with all carriers. The woman I talked to at Verizon told me to send it back and get one from them. I'm not very happy right now. Anyone else getting spoo fed crap from Verizon?

This watch is amazing. I had a problem for a good amount of time, about five days, but because it was after a security update, I waited, so it didn't fix it. So I rebooted it, and then it worked properly again. The problem was the battery lasted so few hours, like six hours on a full charge, while it was more than 24 hours every charge. So after I rebooted and I received the OneUI8 update, it's been a great battery, and now it lasts more than a day and a half. And about all the features, ufff, just amazing, I love all the exercises stuff. Really amazing watch, love it.

Great watch. Display size just right, not too big or small. So many features to explore. Love continuos heartbeat and remote camera control. Wish US version had blood pressure monitor, a main reason I purchased, but eveything else is awesome.

The watch is consistent with 10ATM water-resistance classification, up to 100m of water for up to 10 minutes. Tested in 5% salty water and 4ppm chlorine water. Rinse residue / dry after wet. -Kristen

How long is the wrist band itself? I have fairly large wrists.

The Watch bands themselves come in two main sizes, S/M and M/L. The S/M size typically fits wrists between 130mm and 180mm, while the M/L size fits wrists between 150mm and 200mm -Cynthia
