Useless Sleep Monitoring
4DGuy . 1 day
Social Commerce - 10 hours
Thanks for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Watch6 Classic with us, 4DGuy. The Galaxy Watch6 Classic offers Advanced Sleep Coaching, which helps you gain insights to develop better sleep habits. You can use your watch to plan your bedtime, detect snoring, and track your sleep stages. Additionally, enjoy a more comfortable sleep experience with the new, ultra-light Fabric Band. However, irregular sleep patterns and frequent movements can affect Samsung Health's ability to accurately monitor your sleep data, potentially leading it to interpret movement as awake time. If Samsung Health is uncertain about your sleep information, you may receive a notification on your phone asking if you were asleep during certain hours; you can respond with "yes" if correct or input the accurate time to help the app learn your patterns. To enhance your sleep tracking, it's beneficial to set a sleep target—simply open Samsung Health, tap the Sleep widget, access the three vertical dots in the upper right corner, select "Set target," and set your desired sleep and wake times on the clock. We hope that this helps! If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-PlusSamsung US Originally posted on Samsung US

The Samsung ECG Monitor Application with Irregular Heart Rhythm Notification is an over-the-counter (OTC) software-only, mobile medical application for informational use only in adults 22 years and older. The app analyzes pulse rate data to identify episodes of irregular heart rhythms suggestive of atrial fibrillation (AFib) and provides a notification suggesting the user record an ECG to analyze the heart rhythm. The Irregular Heart Rhythm Notification Feature is not intended to provide a notification on every episode of irregular rhythm suggestive of AFib and the absence of a notification is not intended to indicate no disease process is present; rather the feature is intended to opportunistically acquire pulse rate data when the user is still and analyze the data when determined sufficient toward surfacing a notification.
The ECG Monitor App is not intended to replace traditional methods of diagnosis or treatment. The ECG app is not intended for users with known arrhythmias other than AFibor users under 22 years old. Users should not interpret or take clinical action based on the device output without consultation of a qualified healthcare professional.
Requires smartphone with Android 10.0 or later, 2GB or more RAM and Samsung Health app version 6.22 or later.
Cycle Tracking is available for tracking a user's menstruation cycle. NOT INTENDED FOR CONTRACEPTION. If you are currently taking hormonal birth control or undergoing hormonal treatment that inhibits ovulation, this service will not be useful for tracking ovulation.
Cycle Tracking results may be impacted by Watch usage (recommendation: 4 hours during sleep, 5 times a week), input data and environmental conditions (such as illness, medications, traveling and disruptions to users' daily routine). If you are taking medication, consult your doctor to learn how it may impact your body temperature.
Do not interpret or take clinical action based on the predictions made without consultation of a qualified healthcare professional.
This feature is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Watch6 Classic, Denise. We’re glad to hear that you’re enjoying many of its features. To ensure the fall detection alarm works properly, open the Galaxy Wearable app, tap on "Watch settings," and then select "Safety and emergency." Enable "Hard fall detection" by tapping the switch next to it, and remember to add any emergency contacts if you don’t have them listed. You can also choose what happens when a fall is detected by tapping on "Hard fall detection" and enabling the option to "Share info with emergency contacts" if you want your watch to automatically send your location information to your loved ones after a fall. You can also select an emergency call option if needed. For improved sensitivity, adjust the fall detection settings to detect falls at all times, even during minor movements, if applicable. If you've already set this up and it's not functioning as expected, check for any pending updates for the watch. If this persists, please reach out to us at Samsung Support for further assistance. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-PlusSamsung US Originally posted on Samsung US

Does this watch monitor Blood Pressure and Blood Oxygen levels?
Yes, the watch can monitor Blood Oxygen levels, not blood pressure. ~Freddy
Hey there Heartbeat, thanks for taking the opportunity to ask us your questions about the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Classic. The Galaxy Watch6 can absolutely track blood oxygen levels, however, it is unable to monitor blood pressure at this time in the U.S. due to FDA regulations. Feel free to reach out to Samsung Support if you have additional questions for us. Thanks for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra

Is this smartwatch able to take blood pressure readings, yet? I had read that it was awaiting FDA approval, but I don't know when that was posted.
