Aloha Kittyloo, Thanks for sharing your constructive feedback with us regarding your experience using the new Samsung Galaxy Watch9. The Galaxy Watch9 40mm version has a 390 mAh battery while the 44mm version offers a 445 mAh battery. The higher capacity allows your Galaxy Watch9 to require less frequency in charging. This means you can keep the Watch powered throughout the day with minimal downtime. While you're using your Galaxy Watch9 without enabling AOD, you should expect to receive about 40 hours of usage time. Up to 30 hours if you're utilizing AOD! Since your Galaxy Watch9 is brand new, your device is still indexing, syncing apps, and calibrating to your usage patterns. To fix immediate battery drain, you can disable Always-On Display (AOD), turn off continuous background health checks, and restart your watch. Let us know if you have any questions for us or if you'd like further assistance after reviewing the resources provided below by contacting Samsung Support at your leisure.
