Waived late fees and no service disruption
If you’re experiencing economic hardships because of COVID-19, and are a Verizon consumer or a small business with fewer than 50 lines, please reach out. We're currently waiving late fees, and there will be no disruptions to your service before 06/30/2020.
15GB Mobile Hotspot data
We are automatically adding 15GB of data across nearly all of our plans, to be used between 03/25/2020 and 04/30/2020. An additional 15 GB of data will also be added for use from 05/01/2020 to 05/31/2020. Unlimited domestic calling
Through May 31, 2020, Verizon will offer unlimited domestic calling to customers on postpaid calling plans with a fixed amount of minutes. Eligible customers will receive a text message to inform them of the offer. No action is necessary; the offer will automatically be added to eligible accounts.
