Terrible connection

Disappointed . 13 days ago

Connectivity was horrible. When a device did connect it would disconnect in less than a minute. Even more angry that I had to pay a $50 restocking fee for a device that didn’t work. Your associate sold me on it stating it was the best. If that is the best then Verizon has a long way to go. Horrible service all the way around for a long term loyal customer.

Solid Speeds but Shotty device

JuanTamayo . 18 days ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

When no device is connected and the hotspot is set to not go into sleep mode. The device freezes and wont turn on - you will have to hold on to the power button to restart the hotspot. The connection speeds are fast - I've gotten up to 600 to 900mbps download speeds and uploads speeds up to 200mbps. Greater Chicagoland area and suburbs

There must be better hotspots!

Wishing 4 better hotspot . 1 month ago

The SIM card regularly becomes unseated. The it is often giving 4g performance even when other Verizon devices are getting UWB. It takes way too long to turn on. It has one function it should not take 2 minutes to activate

Dropped signal while moving in car

It seemed to drop off while traveling in the car. Not sure if it’s losing connection between towers or what. Hope it doesn’t get worse.

This MiFi Pro is excellent. Around my home city, it pegs at 5G and stays there. I will be traveling from So Cal to Astoria Oregon shortly so it will be tested in many cities on the west coast.

Great hot spot. Good connectivity.

I needed to use this in a $400,000,000 case, but it would not even turn on. I returned it the same day. I lost two of my best clients.

While it functions entirely wirelessly, it also includes a built-in Ethernet port and a USB-C port if you ever choose to hard-wire a device.
