Serves It’s Purpose

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I use this exclusively for a five camera Blink home security system. Have never had any issues since purchased over a year ago. I’ve kept it plugged in to the AC outlet the whole time and have never had any issues with the battery.

I've had mine for a year

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I have never had signal loss once and the speeds are great. I use mine for streaming on my tablet and for Netflix and Hulu on the lower level. Works great. Don't know why anyone is complaining/

Great While Camping

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Some of the campgrounds that we stay at in our Airstream offer WiFi but the signals are so weak that that are useless. The Verizon Jetpack MiFi allows us to stream Prime TV and Zoom on our laptop while also using several cellphones.

Gr8 For Our RV Lifestyle

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

We've had our 8800l for 2 years now and admit it's one of the best purchases we made for our RV lifestyle. No problems except we've noticed on end-of-cycle day that service gets slow. Watch on-line movies and such on Smart TV and surf internet on laptop at same time...no issues even if only 2-3 bars. Just don't leave it always on charger...Will ruin battery.

Great device fast speeds

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I have had this jetpack for a week now and I have to say it is amazing!!! The speeds I get on it are faster than what I get on my pixel 3 standing in the same spot. The wifi range is decent. I use mine as a substitute for home internet so it is on 24/7 and as long as i charge it for a couple of hours during the day and overnight it hasn't dropped below 25%. Pairing this device with the new prepaid unlimited plan from Verizon is working great. You are always subject to network management but there is no hard cap to the amount of data you can use. If you live in a rural area with limited internet options and a strong Verizon signal this is a plan & jetpack I highly recommend. The only issue I have had with it is that 2-3 times a day the jetpack will kick off all of my connected devices for 30 seconds to 1 minute. All the devices will automatically reconnect without me having to do anything. This is not a big deal for me so I still give it 5 stars.

I'm Very Rural & This Works Great!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I have been using my Jetpack MiFi 8800L for about a year now and 'm very happy with it. I don't know why this Jetpack does not get higher reviews but mine works great, does what I need and is very reliable. I live at the far North end of the Idaho Panhandle, about 30 miles from the Canadian Border. I'm in between 2 different mountain ranges on a small ridge. There are lots of tall trees surrounding my home. Landline, cable and satellite service are not available or accessible in my location. I do have microwave internet service but it goes down during power outages. I got the 8800L Jetpack to use as a backup for internet when my electrical power goes down, mainly because of storms. I find that I also use it quite a bit when I am too far away from my router at home, or if I'm traveling, or even when I head to town for the day. Since I am very rural, even though this may not be the fastest way to be on the internet, sometimes it is the only way for me in my location. I have never had this unit fail. If it disconnects it also reconnects as soon as I do something online. This is a very reliable Jetpack. I chose the MiFi 8800L because although I am excited the 5G is in the future, for all us rural folks in this area, that future is still a few more years away and I need a reliable internet connection right now.
