This Orbic works for minutes and it disconnects for a few minutes or for a couple of days. Verizon is has been a HORRIBLE COMPANY for the last four years. WHAT HAPPENED VERIZON? COVID?!!! Seriously!!!! I’ve spent hours and hours in the phone with them WITH EVERTHING possible when it comes to the phone, WI-FI, ACCOUNT Info, equipment, Etc., and MORE!!!!!!!! They want money for the jet pack. This is only a year and a half years old!! In short, VERIZON is a HORRIBLE COMPANY! STAY AWAY!!!! I pray Verizon reads this!!! Will this review HELP?!!!!!!!! NO! Battery dies so quickly

Have had this for 2 years, I’ve constantly struggled to keep it charged while using. Battery life is horrible, connection frequently buffers as well. Looking at replacing but not sure Verizon has what we need.

I returned it. Does not work. Just received today the front outer case--no SIM card, no charger, and no back. Poor quality as well as poor service. Need to stop charging me for service I'm not receiving.

This hotspot is worthless. I got as a replacement for my 5G model from Verizon (which for some reason I was downgraded without my knowledge) and it’s NEVER worked properly. I have configured it and still doesn’t work. I am super upset I was stuck with this piece of garbage

This thing is ALWAYS dying. We try to keep it plugged in and it still dies constantly. Works fine when it isn’t dying. After looking at reviews months after buying it-I see we are not the only ones having this issue with it.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

works well. finds internet fine. however this is my 3rd jetpack !! the first one was recalled with a battery issue after 3 years. the 2nd one just plain quit after 5 years. Lastly the price has gone from 9.99/month to well over $60/month. this is over a 10 year span. if you travel to places with limited or no internet this jetpack is worth it. if you can always find internet, then pass.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I've been using this hotspot in my airplane hangar for more than two years now, and it's been hooked up to two Wyse cameras and two smart outlets. It's always been plugged in and has never given me any problems.

Misses on network speed. Not useful when I'm trying to get work done. Other Mobile Hotspots deliver what is expected. Plus the battery lasts for about 2 hours.

Do I have to have signal like on a regular phone to access the WiFi? Or can I have no signal on my phone connect to the hotspot and access the internet?

The Verizon Orbic Speed Mobile Hotspot and your Verizon cellphone both connect to the Verizon network, which means that if your cellphone doesn't have service, chances are your hotspot won't have service either. If your hotspot has service and your phone doesn't you can connect your cellphone to the Wi-Fi provided by the hotspot for access to the internet. ~Jesse
