Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The thermostat with the app does everything I need to do in My Home. I also like how it learns and detect when people are home or away and sets the temperature accordingly so you’re not wasting heat or air-conditioning when nobody’s there. I don’t think there’s anything out there comparable for the price they offer it at. Highly recommended

My favorite part of this new smart thermostat is being able to control it from my phone even when I'm away from home. It makes it a lot easier to have the house how I need it to be.

I love being able to control the temperature from my phone when I am away from home, how I can tell Alexa that I'm leaving or that I'm home and she'll adjust the temp to my liking. I can't believe we haven't got one sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thermostat looks good. Compact and basic. Comes with a bigger wall plate for replacing an older style, larger thermostat so that you don’t have to paint, etc. Comes with a screwdriver and wall anchors. Seemingly all that you would need to install this. I did find that you can check for compatibility prior to purchase by following a couple quick steps on the Amazon app. The packaging and included parts seem well thought out. Once installed along with the app, setup was cumbersome. Having a heat pump with gas furnace, the setup was painful. I was honestly unable to get it to function properly. It would call for the gas furnace “emergency heat” backup to come on well above the outdoor temp threshold that the heat pump was designed to operate in. This causes the heating costs to go up significantly. Overall, I am disappointed with this product. I do feel like if you have a single heat source setup, such as gas only, this thermostat would work well. Unfortunately that was not the case for us.

The ease of adjusting the temperature, even when I am away, is nice and has helped save on my electric bill. I love being able to change the temperature without even getting up from the couch or leaving the room I am in to look at the thermostat. It is so convenient and I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using a Nest thermostat for about 3 years. While we aren’t completely happy with the Nest, the Amazon version falls about in the same category. I was excited to be able to control with Alexa/Google, which is great! However, if trying to adjust temperature in the Alexa app it seems to get lost in all of its other features. You have to search for the thermostat function within the app, it would be nice to be able to have a separate thermostat app. The installation was fairly easy(I think, as my husband did the actual install). It took him about 30 minutes. The thermostat itself is a little confusing if controlling from the actual device. The arrows disappear and it isn’t completely clear what to do to adjust. All in all it’s a nice unit, but it didn’t meet my expectations.

The unit comes with all the tools needed to install. the step by step directions for installation are easy to follow and understand.my household already has the Alexa app and the unit was easy to connect. My favorite feature of the Smart Thermostat is to be able to control the temperature in my home when you are away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently came home from the hospital after bypass surgery and this Smart Thermostat definitely is a welcomed addition to my home. My bedroom is on the upper level and my thermostat is on the lower. Because of the surgery my energy is low and so the fact that I can control my heat from my phone is great. It also seems to have improved the consistent temperature in my home. The drawback, however, was installation. My son-in-law was able to do it, but only after having watched several online videos and reading other articles other than the included instructions. Overall, however, I am very happy that I now own this Smart Thermostat
