Returned them and never received a refund

I returned these and never received a refund. Got multiple messages on chats with verizon promising a refund and even after that the last time I spoke with them they wanted proof of tracking despite that they themselves sent a confirmation the package was on its way back. They didn’t sound as good as airpods pro

The noise cancelling and sound quality are great. The wings help them feel secure in my ears. My ears do feel a little fatigued after 30 minutes. Might need to change the earbud size.

I guess this is where every experience because these are hands down the best sounding and best fitting earbuds I’ve ever owned. Tip: I have smaller ears

I should have returned them after I tried them the first time. Figured I’d give them a chance. However after wearing them now for a week, they hurt.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I like the way these connect to my iPhone. I can see how much battery life my box has along with the headphone and they fit my ears really well. They come with 3 different size ear pieces so you get the best fit.

The left earbud is not recognized by the app and play any sound nor does pushing in on it control anything. It is literally dead to the system even though it registers as charging. My wife has the same earbuds and hers work perfectly on my phone. These do not.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Love the fit. Lost my first pair. Battery ran out before I realized it but I am glad you can locate them with find my device. Buttons are easier to manage than my Bose. I like the fit better than my Bose also. I still like the sound on my Bose better but Beats runs a close second with the noise canceling.

I’m thinking of purchasing them through the Verizon but I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max and I wonder how they work with getting phone calls and being able to hear when I have a collar on the phone and can they hear me as well as does it drop calls? Thanks.

Had 2 sets of Beats Fit Pro buds. With BOTH sets the left bud 1st loses its ability to charge, 2nd it loses sound & 3rd it squeals w/ a huge amount of feedback like when a microphone gets too close to speakers. 1st set lasted 14mo, 2nd 6mo. Why?
