I love the way that they fit into your ears with the extra band to hold them into place in your ears there so much better than my AirPods pro

Not a comfortable fit over the ear, and the sound quality is poor. It’s like squealing in the ear…very high pitch sound. Very disappointed in these and sure expected a lot more. Will be getting a different model of beats earbuds I used to have they got lost. Thought I would try something new, but as the saying goes…if it ain’t broke, don’t try to fix it!

I got these headphones and they just didn’t fulfill my expectations because they were so expensive. I expected them to be better. This sound quality isn’t that good? I have some wired, Apple headphones and the headphones sound so much better than these expensive headphones and it’s honestly not worth the price in my opinion. The overall the sign of the headphones isn’t really that comfortable and it’s complicated. Well, it was complicated because the design is very hard to comprehend

Save your money! The sound quality is worse than a pair of $40 Sony ear buds I bought a few years ago. Also the loop that goes over your ear digs into you ear and gets really uncomfortable after a few minutes of wearing them. I returned them right away. And now have had to make multiple calls and chat sessions to get my money back from Verizon wireless and still no resolution.

My left ear bud loses power after about 40 minutes while the right keeps working. When I put them in the charging case it quickly shows l/r 58%/87% then shows dual 85%. Am I going to have to invest in a new pair? Is there anything that can fix this?
