i didnt receive the device and the AI customer support wont give me my money back and any time i try contacting verizon i keep getting told itll be handled and i have not received any email confirmation on any actions taken. i switched from tmobile and i am so disappointed i switched now im locked in to this contract for 3 years. switching to verizon is the worst decision i have ever made

Great sound and functionality. I really like the text read feature and ease of connection. The sound is amazing and the headphones are for the most part comfortable. I do wish the muffs covered my entire ears.
