I’ve had these for a little over a month now, and I can say these are the best headphones I’ve owned so far. I love that they don’t become uncomfortable after hours of wear. Being able to customize the sound is the best feature, I have a feature for the gym, cleaning around the house, and for when I just want to relax and enjoy some good sound. Hands down a 10/10!

Overall happy with these headphones. Sound quality is good out of the box, they were easy to setup and connect to my devices (iPhone and Windows PC). Noise cancellation is great for everyday uses (e.g. at the office, coffee shop, home). I don’t fly often so not sure about how these fair on an airplane but my AirPods Pro 2 were passable for that, so this should be fine. My only negative is that I wish the app had better EQ options. A five or 10 band EQ (or at least the option to switch it to that) would be nice to have. The sound is nice, but the default sound is very V-shaped (not a bad thing, necessarily). The bass is shockingly clean though, which really compliments the default sound signature.

The headphones keep disconnecting from computer, set up process is super annoying, means disconnecting from the app, pairing again, then rebooting everything and then maybe they connect back to the computer, happens once a week at least

Bose with one single stroke got rid of all Accessibility by turning the voice prompts off and putting in these sounds that totally blind people do not understand they’ve made an absolutely wonderful product terrible to use and that’s why I’m giving them this two star rating they need to go back to the previous firmware and get wise to what people want. Maybe people who have vision can’t stand synthesize speech, but it helps us out a lot.

My new Bose QC Ultra Gen 2 headphones are amazing. They hold their own against my audiophile headphones that cost three times as much. I'm very impressed. While I don't use many of the features, the ones I do use are flawless. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the usefulness of the tone controls. I think they're outstanding. Fit and finish are excellent and they are very comfortable. I could not be happier with them.
