So far the sound is really good. Haven’t used for movies yet. Recommend using hdmi-arc because it is recognized and turns on better with tv/cable remotes whereas the optical cable doesn’t.

This Bose TV Speaker sounds better and more clear and than the sound from my TV alone. I especially like the push-button feature which instantly helps clarify and strengthen the actors’ voices while it simultaneously lowers the volume of any background noise or music track in a movie or TV show we’re watching.

I wish there was more control over the sound quality. Adding only base isn't enough. Sound is good, but would be better if I could tune it to my hearing.....

I bought this for a Christmas gift to myself and I was super excited to use my first ever soundbar. Got it Hooked up and was completely underwhelmed. I am old school so I remember Bose home speakers that were the 2 small stack speakers that had amazing sound. I figured the sound bar would Has little to no bass and it rattles. I definitely expected better so I will be returning it for a JBL 500 sound bar it sounds way better and has amazing bass
