My wife loved the feel and look of the chain. Sadly, this was not capable with her casetify phone case (iPhone 14 pro). Anyone with a casetify phone case should triple check before purchasing as some casetify cases the opening is small and won’t work with this chain.

This is a lovely crossbody chain; it is very chic. Suggestion for Case-mate is to either have an option to adjust the length or have a shorter length version/option to purchase.

This chain broke the very first day I wore it. So I had to throw it away, totally useless. It also did not allow my phone to charge easily because the connection piece gets in the way.

I like the ability to adjust the length of the rope and the stylish look. Now I don't have to worry about my phone falling out of a pocket or not even having a pocket. Over all I like it very much.

Love it! It is light weight and comfortable. Used it for the first time while traveling for vacation and also while shopping and it made everything so much easier! I hate having my phone in my pocket so this was a game changer. I especially love that it is fully accessible versus having it in a purse that you then have to keep pulling out when you need it. And you know you aren't going to accidentally put it down somewhere and lose it

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I love this! I can keep my phone on me when i dont have a purse and my pockets are never secure Only thing I wish it had would be a little thicker pad right at where it sits on the neck. That would alleviate and irritation of something there.
