The case is pretty and solid but the area where the speaker is is rough. That is where my little finger holds the phone and it cuts into my skin. I keep getting indentations on my skin from the cut outs for the speaker. I wish I had my old phone back. Just not a happy camper with new phone and the case has to fit the phone. Phone is poor design in my opinion.

The case is pretty.... but its thin & cheap made. I saw the same case online for 1/4 of the price Verizon charged me for it.
