The Fitbit Charge 6 does not directly allow you to make emergency calls to 911 on its own; it requires a paired smartphone to make any calls, including emergency ones, as it does not have cellular connectivity for standalone calling features. Charge 5, Charge 6, and Luxe use the same charging cable. Press the tracker into the compartment on the charging cable. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the corresponding pins on the back of the device. The connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and the indicator lights blink. -Melissa
