The APP for this watch(&there IS only 1!), has been receiving Negative reviews for over a Year, & no improvement has been shown. IF the app downloads to your phone, you will never have a decent Bluetooth connection, unless to restart the app every day..., So most the stats stored online, are inaccurate & sleep won't work either, so unless your OK just your pulse, #of steps & the time of day, that's all you can really count on from the phone, DUE TO THE FAULTY REQUIRED APP from Fitbit/zebb.

Very difficult to do on board music. Must have Deezer Premium and tether to a computer. Blue tooth doesn't stay connected to buds. Distance measurement off by 1/2 mile.

Within a year quit working. Phone no longer connect, weather quit, time and date wrong. Worthless. Local Ashland Ohio store will not answer the phone, poor customer service.

What is the difference between swim proof and water-resistant? The user manual shows you can track laps, however, some staff responses to similar water resistant questions state the watch is not water-resistant nor swim proof . Please advise, thank you.

The Versa 2 is safe to wear while swimming at depth up to 50 meters. Can I shower with my Fitbit Versa 2? According to Fitbit, it is okay to wear your Versa 2 in the shower, but taking it off instead may prolong the device's life span. Exposure to soaps and shampoos can be damaging to the wearable. -Joe
