We had 2 chargers and they got so hot they almost caught on fire. Now you can’t even find one. How does one get a charger for these watches when they aren’t even in stock and they suck and you still are paying on not only 1 gizmo but 3???

The charger stopped working after 3 weeks. Customer service tried to charge me another activation fee to return the adventure watch and replace it with another Gizmo because there are no chargers in stock.

Can’t even charge the watch, charger is not in stock and no other charger will work. I’ll eat the cost and cancel the service. Bark has a device I’ll be purchasing.

After two months my charger stopped working. I have a plan to replace items when they break but the battery is not covered. Rediculous, been a customer for 19 years. Than when I try to get a new one they are out of stock.

Why would you build a watch that has a proprietary charger and not keep chargers in stock or avail to purchase online? I have searched the website and it shows it's not avail in my area, I searched your AI chat bot and it's not avail online. It looks like I'm the only person with this problem.

Verizon no longer stocks this item. So my kid's watch is useless. I have called and tried to find this item but am told "it is not in stock, check back in two weeks".
All that being said, Verizon has made darn sure they are continuing to charge me my monthly fee for this bricked device. I asked if they could pause payments until they have it in stock and they told me know. I could only cancel and then hope to restart (with all the activation fees and little charges of course) on a future date.
Save yourself the hassle. Don't get this device or the watch.

The charger broke after 1 month, and it’s $20 for a replacement. I wish there was a way that my kids friends could text, but not be a caregiver and see the location feature.

Breaks to often and is proprietary so you. Have to pay twice the price of what you can get on Amazon for 2 chargets for a previous model..

No, this charger is only suitable for the Gizmo Watch 3 Adventure. You will need a Magnetic pogo pin charger specifically made for the regular Gizmo series. -Red
