Google Nest Cam Outdoor (Wired, 2nd Gen) (2-Pack) helps you keep an eye on what matters with a smarter, clearer outdoor view. This 2-pack integrates seamlessly into your smart home, working with Google Assistant and Gemini for Home¹, and is also compatible with Alexa, so you can check your feed using just your voice. See the bigger picture in stunning detail with its 2K sensor and HDR imaging², which delivers bright, crisp video day or night. The wide 152 degree diagonal field of view lets you see more of your property, while the 6x digital zoom allows you to get a closer look at any activity. Keep watch 24/7 with live view, and review what you've missed with up to 3 hours of included event video previews³. Engage in clear conversations with visitors using the high-quality speaker and microphone, which features full-duplex 2-way audio and noise cancellation. These cameras are thoughtfully designed, made with at least 26% recycled materials4 and shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging⁵. Built for the outdoors, they are designed to withstand the elements with IP65 water and dust resistance⁶ and operate reliably in temperatures from −4∘F to 104∘F. My choices were limited to where I could install it. It's easy to use and the app is manageable. I'd recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was going to install this camera on my deck until I realized it being wired meant it plugs in and out of a plug. I thought it was wired like in a spotlight or something. The quality is great though. I would’ve loved if this was wireless and not the plug in the wall wired type.

It has a great view during day and night and you dont have to pay monthly on it. As you can see my ring camera is no longer going to be my primary camera. I will highly recommend this over ring.

The app is easy to install and guides you through set up from beginning to end. The audio and storage are great and makes you feel secure in your home. This is a small and discreet camera that detects motion wherever you aim the camera once mounted. One can never be too safe in their home and this small, easy to install camera with directions definitely makes me and my family feel safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Nest Cam Outdoor (Wired, 2nd Gen) mailed to me, and now I’m that person who checks the camera way too often. Setup was easy enough, and the video quality is really clear, day and night. I can actually tell what’s going on instead of just seeing blurry shapes.
The alerts are solid too—it doesn’t freak out over every leaf blowing by, but it will let me know when someone is actually outside. I mostly use it to check on packages and see what’s going on when I’m not home (or when I’m just being nosy from the couch 😅).
It’s handled bad weather without any issues and just works in the background. Nothing fancy, nothing annoying—just reliable peace of mind, which honestly is exactly what I wanted.

It picks up sound from pretty far away so if people are talking as they walk up you can hear what they say. Camera picture is clear. Two way communication works really nice of you want to talk to the person outside. My husband mounted it and it only took about 15 minutes, if was very easy. It sends alerts to your phone really quickly so you can immediately see who’s at your door.

The night mode turns on automatically once it’s dark and you can still see perfectly. It’s very easy to maintain and setup through google. The subscription is very affordable for everyone and goes back 30 days of recording.
