Hard case is difficult to hold. Just slips thru fingers. No traction. Color is basic model - black. Not attractive but functionable.

Insipio products are usually decent, but this case was unusable and shouldn't be on your shelves because the side of it covers the Side Key and the Volume buttons, which might be ok but the Volume Up button doesn't work at all. No matter how hard you press it. So I returned it and got one elsewhere that does the trick. Thank you for my refund which was applied to my upcoming bill.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
For people saying it didn't fit their phone, it's probably because you have a Samsung Galaxy A23 5G and not a Samsung Galaxy A23 5G UW. And yes, they are different. The look exactly the same besides the buttons on the side. So you do have to get the one that says UW for this phone case to fit perfectly and so you are able to use the buttons. I've tried other phone cases on Amazon and Walmart thinking the UW didn't matter but it does. After trying many other cases I finally decided to order one from the company that made the phone and it was a perfect match. This phone case isn't bulky but still feels durable. Only problem is there are no grips on the sides so it might slip out of hands easy. Otherwise I definitely recommend! Pretty blue color too.

If I order a phone case for a galaxy A23 UW how can I be sure you won’t send me a galaxy A23 case because according to the reviews a lot of people are dissatisfied because they got the wrong case, the A23 WILL Not fit the A23 UW.
