Need to improve engineering of product

marty · 1 months ago

These ear headphones are not a fit for me. They are uncomfortable in the ear and don't stay in. They seem unbalanced and difficult to stay put while inserted in the ear.

Bad sound quality

Feli · 1 months ago

If you enjoy crisp sound in your earbuds these are not for you. There is no base and there is no app to fix the sound quality. I would not recommend.

My first Bluetooth Earbuds

MaineWolf · 2 months ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I have used ear buds before but not wireless Bluetooth. I have been using them for working out and I love them! They don't fall out of my ears while working out and the bass is great. I wasn't looking to buy any but the sale Verizon had peaked my interest so I went ahead and bought them. So far, I haven't experienced any of the negative problems others have written about in their reviews and I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

Can I EQ my JBL Free Bluetooth headphones? They are nothing but shrill-treble.

Mario at Customer service - 6 months

Our JBL Free X has no equalizer option. You may adjust the sound of the speaker using a third-party app equalizer from the source ex. (phone, tablet).

When listening to music I can't hear anything out of the left one if the right one is still in the carger. Is this suppose to happen?

Ray at Customer Support - 7 months

We need you to do a manual re-pairing of the left and right Earpieces. Here's how to do it. In the event that left and right earpiece pairing is lost, power on both earpieces and presses the buttons 3 times on each earpiece to initiate re-pair. If this procedure doesn't fix the issue, you'll have to contact our customer support thru the link we've provided. https://bit.ly/2WocMfi

Do both earbuds work when on a phone call?  Just purchased earbuds.

Mario at Customer service - 9 months

For our JBL Free X, only the right earbud works during phone calls, and will continue to play music in both earbuds once the call ends.

Unfortunately, there is no sync adjust that you can use with your JBL Free X as it was designed for music playback.
