I have 2 of these speakers and they work great. I use them when playing disc golf and hanging out by the pool. connect to my phone and bam tunes for the round. Works for a couple rounds before having to change. Love it.

I bought this a year ago and I love it! I use it every day and carry it around with me all the time. I'm not really one for sounds specs, so I don't really know about that side of it but I think it's pretty good! It is droppable and I love the loop that allows me to put a carabiner so I can hook it on everything.

Ok so this is what happen and why it is so good first of I think it a year old now anyways I’ve never had problem with it other than its took good and maybe a little average until I put I on the ledge to hang out in the pool and play music until it feel and I thought it was unusable until I kept hearing the music and it looked the exact same idk how you guys do it but awesome product

I bought this new for full price in April in New York only to find that none of the apps JBL has for linking or equalizing support this model. It works okay but I can’t mess with the treble or bass and, frankly, that make the sound quality kinda garbage. I don’t think it should be being sold.

Can I sync the JBL Go3 with the same speaker to Create a stereo effect???..

Our JBL GO3 can't be paired together for a stereo sound. You could check out our other JBL Portable speakers with the PartyBoost feature which can be paired together for stereo sound like Flip 5, Charge 5, Xtreme 3, Pulse 4, and Boombox 2.

Thanks for reaching out. While our JBL Go 3 isn't compatible with the JBL Portable App, you may still change the name of the unit directly on the Bluetooth settings on your source device once it is successfully connected.

How do I clean it

Thanks for your question. While the JBL GO 3 may get dirty under certain circumstances, you may use a microfiber cloth with lukewarm tap water to wipe the mesh/grill of the speaker. You may use a mild soap, but avoid alcohol or strong abrasives as they can damage the speaker. Also, avoid charging the speaker while it's wet. It is important to ensure it is fully dry after cleaning it before connecting it to a charge. If you need more help, you may reach out to our Customer Support for further advice.

Why is it not on the JBL portable app?

Only the JBL GO 3 Eco has the benefit of being covered in environmentally friendly materials, while both the regular and eco model feature a sturdy outer layer consisting of a combination of tightly-knit fabric and rubberized plastic.
