I bought this as an upgrade from the Tune Beam model and the battery life isn't there. The buds will last maybe 2.5 hours before I get the low battery warning. Plus, these aren't as comfortable as the Tunes. They look nice with the silver finish but kind of disappointing that these cost more than the Tune but don't perform as well.

The work great! I can tune out the background noise to hear the conversation from the call clearer. The battery life is long. They are not uncomfortable in my ears. They don’t keep falling out after being in my ears for an extended amount of time.

bought these hear buds a few days ago and i can say that im disappointed. the left ear bud wont charge in its port rendering the unit as a whole, useless.

bro i was 10 seconds in buying a new pair of airpods then boom i chosed to try these outs man best decision i ever made they sound way better OTP people can hear me clearly n it’s not choppy great headphones

I bought these about a month ago after really liking my first pair! My only complaint is that while they connect to my laptop, they are not recognized as a sound device. I keep having to "forget" the connection and reconnect in order to get them to work as an option for sound input or output. I have resolved to just use them with my phone, but it is a bummer as this worked well with my first pair. Otherwise, I think these are some of the best wireless headphones on the market!

Troubleshooting needed

Had to download the JBL headphone app to make these headphones work properly. Took some trial and error to lift the left headphone in and out from the pocket to get the app to detect it. But now so far so good. Good sound cancellation effect. Works well but troubleshooting was required, didn’t work out of the box

Can i connect the earbuds to my android device without the case?

Thanks for your question. Our JBL Live Pro 2 TWS earbuds can still connect to a device even without the case. However, please keep in mind that the earbuds automatically power off after 30 minutes of being in standby mode if they disconnect from Bluetooth. To reconnect, you will need to put the earbuds back in the charging case and take them off again.
