I bought these as a late birthday gift for my buddy in Cali and he said these things are absolutely amazing. He's never had a headset with that good of sound quality before and he's had turtle beaches and beats.

The headphones overall are really good regarding the sound quality and the mic, but after a year of using i started to have troubles with the volume. When adjusting the volume with the wheel, one side would go completely quiet until i put the wheel in a specific place. It’s unfortunate because i do really enjoy using these headphones :/

Love these headphones they are very comfortable and easy to wear. I choose the wire for a personal preference over the wireless ones. Easy to connect and use, definitely recommend.

Played last night It was very comfortable I give it a 9/10 for comfort. It was not wireless. And wen playing the game the sound quality was not there. The mic was great. Only issue there it only moves up and down. Comfort 9/10 (No headache) Sound quality 7/10 (Couldn’t hear as well as the PlayStation one I recently got) Convenience 6/10 (Not wireless) Doesn’t bother me, but isn’t as convenient as the one I currently use. And the mic only goes up n down. The one I currently use has 2 mics and they are imbedded into the headset so they don’t get in the way. Final score = 7.3 Seeking to get my money back

Are these headphones Bluetooth capability

Will these be too big for a 9 year old?? At the smallest setting, could they fit a child?

How can I turn in the lights to my head set

Hi there. Please note that the LED lights on the Quantum 400 headset will work when connected via USB cable. It will not work when using the 3.5 Aux cable connection. With that said, if the LED lights can be turned on or off by pressing the holding mic mute button on the headset for about 5 seconds.

Hi! I received these headphones as a gift recently and I noticed that the lights do not turn on for 3.5mm connection to an xbox controller. Is there any way that I can get the lights to work for xbox? Perhaps through a usb c to 3.5mm cable?

No sounds from Xbox whatsoever. Are these required to be plugged into a pc first and download a app to then be used on the Xbox? Instructions claim to plug straight into the controller and go and I have no sound.

Please update the software of your Xbox controller to ensure you're on the latest version and try again. Also, double-check if the headset's volume isn't muted or turned all the way down.
