When the phone jack for my over-priced headphones broke off inside my laptop at a crucial point in composing music, and the agjustable head strap on the cheap headphone with USB cord broke soon after purchase, I decided bluetooth would be the way to go. I quickly found my JBL TUNE 720BT at a good price point. I should have Should have done this first. Thet are on my head sometimes literally all day. No cords to break, fast battery charge which has a long life seamless trustworthy performance. I'm free of sound issues on any of the platforms i am using.

Bad design

I have bought 2 of these now and both broke at the hinge. The sound is great and still works but no point buying a headset that won't stay on your head. Very disappointed and will not be buying again, especially seeing as you don't offer my country warranties and it didn't even last a year

It was easy to connect to phone, tv, but the volume was disappointing too low. I have tried to increase volume through the app, but that's the best I can do.

Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 720BT. First, check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings and on your music player app, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings. Next, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. The last is reset, turn the headphones on then press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than five seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in the Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair them again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support.

I've had mine for around 6 months as a cheaper replacement for my old pair of headphones and I love them. The battery life is insane and they really only need to be charged for ten minutes if you're in a rush. The sound quality is great and they're durable. 10/10 would recommend especially if you're on a budget!! (they're also comfortable to wear for extended amounts of time)

The headphone build quality was good with a sleek and foldable design. The foldable design makes it very easy to store in the backpack. Fit: The headphones sit tightly in place, creating an acoustic seal that reduces background noise and prevents your music from leaking out. Features: 1. The headphones have a good bass. 2. The microphone does a decent job of canceling the background noise. 3. The battery life is top-notch and is as advertised. 4. The voice assistant works very well and is easy to use. 5. Fast charging is very reliable and makes it a big plus for this headset. Cons: 1. Vocal music is lacking. 2. ANC is decent but not exceptional. 3. Some users might find the fit uncomfortable during extended use as my wife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these headphones. They are comfortable and lightweight and lend themselves to long listening sessions with the long battery life. Connecting the bluetooth with my iPhone was simple and hassle free. I'm no audiophile just an old guy who likes music. So I don't have all the technical jargon, these headphones just sound great. I let my grandson borrow them and I'm having a hard time getting them back now, he loves them and never uses his AirPods anymore.

What are all the codecs supported by this Tune 720BT? The previous two answers are contradictory about LC3.
