Got these for my children to do their homework with. Each one was super easy to pair to their tablets and they are super happy they can concentrate on their work without outside distractions.

Not noise canceling

They’re good headphones My gripe is that I was looking for Bluetooth noise canceling headphones and when I searched the site for “Bluetooth” and “noise canceling” the 720BT came up, so I purchased them. The 720BT headphones are NOT noise canceling. I wouldn’t have bought them if I knew these weren’t NC.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, our JBL Tune 720BT doesn't have a noise cancelling feature. You may want to check out our JBL Tune 760NC that has Active Noise Cancelling (ANC).

The audio was spectacular but ultimately had to return as they weren’t comfortable. A little too snug and just didn’t fit right, could be my head but I had my husband try them on as well and he agreed. Still love other JBL products this one just wasn’t for me.

Hello, I bought this item 7-8 months ago. They were used for no more than 2 months and the plastic broke where it connects to the headphone. The warranty does not cover such damage. Be careful when buying JBL headphones.

I bought these a few weeks ago, very pleased, good sound, good bass and comfortable. I didn't but total noise cancelling. I also bought a hard case for them both in Blue 💙 great sale and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase
