I bought this product and it won’t charge. There are a ton of complaints online about this problem with no resolution from JBL. Recommendation is DO NOT BUY!

We appreciate your feedback. We're here to help. If the power/battery light indicator is OFF 1. Power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source, to see if the unit will unlock. 2. Use another charging cable AND power adapter rated 5V 1amp to see if the unit will charge. 3. While it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet. 4. Sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air. If the power/battery light indicator is ON 1. The charger may not be powerful enough to power the unit and charge the battery. Check the adapter and make sure that the rating is 5V 1amp or higher. 2. Resetting may fix the issue, much in the way rebooting a computer or phone fixes many problems. Note: RESET will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. To Reset 1. Turn the headphones on 2. Press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. Yes, I'd recommend this product.
The sound is sharp and clear. It really does cancel out noise. I listen to music on the shuttle on my way to work, and I cannot hear the city noise or the person next to me for that matter. I generally have to remove them to hear the someone talking. I generally listen on very low because I can't tolerate very loud music, and these are perfect for soft volume and canceling outside noise!

The headphones aren’t bad I wish they got a little louder but decent quality, but the purchasing process was a nightmare. I tried to use my Verizon dollars I get from my Verizon Visa card in order to buy these and when I purchased these things it ended up charging my Verizon visa instead of using my Verizon dollars. I’m still waiting for my refund on these and it’s been a week and a half.

I've always had trouble finding headphones that would stay on my head, as I have a slightly smaller head. I've worn these headphones whilst doing daily household chores, running, working out, day-to-day wear and every single time the headphones were intact.
Audio quality is great as well, perfect for people who are using these headphones for daily personal use as they are comfotable on the ears, it feels like alllllmost nothing on my ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these headphones because they are so comfortable. Usually, I am not a fan of headphones because they are usually too heavy and bulky. However, the Tune770 are light and getting upon my head when compared to other headphones. Another unrelated plus is the long-lasting battery that lasts me several hours even if it is a quick charge.

These do the job, and no I'm not impressed with them, I purchased a fake set that resembles apple Air pod pros for the same money, yes they were fake but sound quality was really good and comfortable was there , these even though they are over the ear are just flat uncomfortable , and normal sound is ok , but the top end breaks apart and sounds terrible, again these just do the job.

Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune 770NC. Please know that source devices and songs can vary in output volume levels. Some are louder than others. The speaker may reach its maximum undistorted volume before the volume control hits 100% to prevent distortion, especially if the source is extremely loud. If the issue occurs before 90% volume, boosted frequencies from an equalizer (EQ) could be causing distortion. Try turning off the EQ (only if you are using one). If the distortion stops, adjust the EQ settings to prevent speaker damage. Next, try to connect a different device to the speaker to determine if the problem is with the device or speaker. Last is reset, turn on the speaker then press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again.
