Thank for your feedback. Our JBL Vibe Beam comes with 3 sizes of sealing eartips. To give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit.jbl.com Originally posted on jbl.com

Thanks for your feedback. For your JBL Vibe Beam to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. It is best to try this with all of the provided eartip sizes until you find the one that accomplishes this most easily. As for the battery issue. It is possible that it is losing its capacity. However, it is also possible that the battery is working correctly but depletes more quickly when the volume is very loud and/or the bass has been boosted. Please try to charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to-playtime, the battery is working fine. Why can’t I connect my headphones to the app? I’ve tried deleting the app itself and redownloading, resetting the headphones, forgetting the headphones, etc. No matter what the app can’t find them, how do I fix this? The

Is there no way to turn these on without putting them back in the case?
Thanks for reaching out. It is possible to change the standby mode time with your JBL Vibe Beam. To do this, go into the My JBL Headphones app and choose the Standby Time via Auto-off function. You can adjust the time to 15 minutes, 1 hour, etc., or you can choose “Never” if you want to keep the earbuds turned on at all times. Once you set the Auto-off, the earbuds will work according to the setting whether they connect to Bluetooth or disconnect.
