Brace do not fit ear

Dear JLab! The sound is good. But: I have not yet found a way to adjust the brace (going behind my ear), so that the buds actually sit in my ear. I think the brace is long enough, but the angle of the brace in relation to the angle of the bud does not fit with the design of my ears. Next step is to warm the braces, to see if they might be adjusted to a new angle, and stay there.

Fit Issue could be personal

Something about this earbud's over the ear hook is different than other similar JBL earbuds. The hook is hard, trapezoid shaped rather than flat silicone, right at the point where my ear cartilage is raised. After maybe 30 minutes I get a head ache from the pain of the hard plastic pressing there. For me the other generation JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Earbuds are a better physical fit. And the sound quality on these was not so noticeablely different the convenience of the attached USB (Waiting for USB-c) is awesome.

The epic sport air buds are second to none. I have had the air buds from apple and jbl and for the price these blow them out of the water. I have had them for a week now and having the be aware mode is solid because it allows me to jam out to my favorite music and still be able to conversate with coworkers..

Don't hold a charge

They don't hold a charge so they are 100% unusable. They have been plugged in charging for hours and give a "low battery -- Goodbye" after only a few seconds, despite the case indicating that they are fully charged. I know I just happened to get a defective pair, but I'm a little tired of trying to find a working set of earbuds
