The sound cut in and out

I bought one pair of these earbuds and they started cutting in and out like the sound kept turning on and off when I returned them I got a new pair of them and the second pair proceeded to do the exact same thing. I am now going back to get a full refund and go with beats. Very disappointed!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

They stay in well in my ears and the way the case charges is so convenient. I couldn’t recommend these enough and if you like earbuds to where people can’t really see them then these are great for you.

I bought these small earbuds to replace some special sleep earbuds that I accidentally washed and ruined. Although they’re not as thin—more in thickness than in size—they’re a good alternative, costing half as much and being versatile enough to use not only for sleeping to rain sounds but also to block out street noise. With very good sound quality, even on calls, plus that feature that lets ambient sound in so you stay aware of your surroundings when you’re out, these earbuds’ size, comfort, and battery life make them a highly recommended purchase. They were a great choice, and I’m very satisfied. I use them not only for sleeping but also during the day, even though I have AirPods 3.

Not so easy pairing

I liked the miniature design and the ability to clip the case to my belt buckle or keys. The pairing was soooo complicated and one stopped working all together. I went to YouTube to troubleshoot and even went to their website. No solution that was understandable. I had to return them.

Exceptional sound for the size and price, the keychain case is quite practical and i find these decently comfortable. I bought these for running and i do have to push them back in my ear every once in a while, but overall they’re very good.

Bought these thinking great deal for earbuds for my phone and they refuse to connect to my iPhone 14pro So my son who has the moto edge got a sweet pair of earbuds Because they wouldn’t connect to Google pixel 7 either

I've been charging my jlab earbuds for three days, and the only thing I hear when I pick a bud up is, "Hello" instead of previously telling me, "Battery full (or low)". Are my buds done? I've had them for about two years. Please advise!
