Needs major work

Connection is intermittent, and sound is poor. Does not work well with remote meetings.

This WIRELESS headset is the most comfortable one I've ever worn on my head and ears! Not a complicated product but innovative in a way that makes me forget I have it on at times.

Astro stopped firmware updates for pc specifically, I can not speak on anything other than pc. Connect to pc easily no hassle at all however friends complained that I sounded like I was talking through a walkie talkie. Searched for hours for drivers or at least an updater. Astro has a command center but you can not update the headphones through it anymore.
