Great at first

I loved it at first. Worked great and had a long battery life. I treat the controller nice enough it’s not pampered but not abused in anyway. After about a month maybe two my A button sticks or just plain doesn’t work when pressed. The Y button is now starting to not work, and my left bumper now doesn’t work. I’ve had ten times the life and longevity out of basic controllers that I actually abused and put through some crap. One I’ve worn off the pads on the sticks it’s been used so much, still works actually. So disappointed that after only a few months I’m getting MULTIPLE buttons not working. Maybe this controller needs the utmost pampering to stay working properly. For any moderate to hardcore gamers who are going to be a little intense on the sticks, possibly drop it from time to time, or just play everyday, just get a regular controller or get some type of coverage or return policy. If the buttons had stayed working I would have given 5 stars as I loved it until these issues arose. It’s comfortable in my hands the battery life has stayed long, I like the customizable options for different sticks, pads, and trigger settings along with ports on the back. Buttons not working kills it though unfortunately.

I have one an have never had an issues with mine or my battery life so not sure what you ha done too your but you are suppose too charge it for 24 hours when you first receive it because the battery has memory so if you don’t fully charge it for 24 hours when you first get it then it is never fully charged

Not worth the price

Way over priced controller. The removable D-pad and joy stick pieces fall off any time controller is dropped. The battery do was s not last that long after only month and since it does not take batteries, this ducks. Even if connected to console or phone, the connection is interrupted every minute just because battery is low. Not worth the price at all. Hate that I bought this

It’s not the elite series 2, it’s the core version without the accessories. They do not list this as the core series, don’t be fooled. Verizon will not make this right.

False advertising!! Very unsatisfied. Don't buy, u can find this core model way less than $100 at other places

This is the elite series 2 CORE! Verizon has it as the elite series 2. It will not come with anything except a charging cable. My dpad is solid red, not the multi color grid, that's how I was able to tell once it arrived. I used affirm to purchase and at this point is too much of a hassle to return.

Amazing, amazing controller. As others mentioned it doesn't come with the extra paddle shifts/ extra sticks but you can buy those off MS Or 3rd party for super cheap (which I did) battery life is amazing and last long for extra long gaming sessions. Just download the app on your Xbox to map the controller buttons to your liking and can add customizable control profiles per game. No complaints here
