I ordered 2 at $35 each. The bill came to $77. I ordered and there was no place to put a card number -so I didn't know where they charged me. 2nd, which is the most egregious, was that my order only indicated I purchased 1 controller at FULL Price, not two on sale. You are only given 30 minutes to cancel. I immediately went to the chat feature and spoke to an agent who stalled me as much as they could. Very unhelpful. After 30+ minutes of struggling to get the agent to respond to me or offer some type of assistance they ended up telling me it was too late for them to cancel for me. My advice: pay $5 more and buy from Target/Walmart. Don't do business with Verizon to save a few dollars because it'll cost you more in sanity in the end.

Controller came in a damaged box and looked like it was a refurbished item and not new. It had controller drift right out of the box.
