Per title we have several of these throughout the house to charge our Samsung phones with cases on. At first it would occasionally drop the charge but after a few drops I figured out it was how we were placing the phone. Just have to pay attention to placement (I know that can be difficult) but once you figure it out it is easy peezy. Not sure about compatibility with iPhone. Fast charges every time with proper placement.

I bought this and I'm not sure why. Never really charges. Starts then stops. Not sure if it even works.
Does Not Work With iPhone 13

I got this for "free" as part of a bundle with purchasing the screen protector and case. I had a lot of trouble getting this to work with my new iPhone 13. It kept flashing red after charging for a minute or two. I tried different outlets, different plug boxes, etc with no luck. I ended up looking it up on the Native Union website and it clearly states it is NOT compatible with the iPhone 13. The only 13 model it is compatible with is the 13 mini.
Drops charge on phone

It’s very hard to place the phone to charge. When you finally get the light on indicating that it is charging, it drops the charge. Me and my husband kept waking up to uncharged phones due to it dropping the charge in the night. Terrible charger had to return both my husbands and mine.

If anything happens at all ( text comes in, alarm goes off, notification of an email, etc.) the charger pauses and never comes back on. I have to unplug and replug it to get it back started.
Doesn't work well with case installed

Although the spec says it charges with a case installed, it is very tricky to place the phone just right to get it to charge. This case is a clear, plastic case sold in the Verizon store. It does work great without the case installed on the phone.

It works when it wishes. Not a huge fan of this device. It looks cool, but does not work as well as simply inserting into the cell and the other end into the wall.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I just bought this and it is fantastic. I don't have to worry about the wire falling out of the cell and this one recharges twice as fast as the wire does
