Adequate, but was expecting more

Biggest drawback to me is the slippery side grips. The textured area only extends about 1/2 down the sides and the case/phone is difficult to grip. Th A12 is heftier in weight than my old S4 (Great phone! 5G killed it) and is more difficult to grasp. Older folk, like me, may have an issue with it.

Better than nothing

I bought this, when I purchased my phone, because I needed some kind of protection for my phone. I work construction and need as much protection as I can get for my phone. This doesn't have any way to clip onto my clothes or secure it to me at all. My phone can still fall out of my clothes and hit the floor (which is why I had to get a new phone in the first place).It does keep some of the construction debris from getting on my phone. I have since ordered a new case from another company that should better protect my phone.

Our apologies for any confusion prior to purchase, however, it is correct that our Commuter Series Case does not have any type of belt clip/holster. Our Defender Series does include such a component, but unfortunately, we don't make that model for the Galaxy A12.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I am happy I purchased this phone. It was easy to transfer my stuff from the old phone to this phone...set up was easy and using it is easy as well. LOVE IT.

Average, but a slow device

Bought the A12 in mid Sept 2021. I previously had a Moto Z3 but it was not connecting to Android Auto, and developed some other performance issues. The main downside of the A12 is that is is very slow - from restarting, to loading apps, to loading the menu when cursor is put in a browser window, to changing orientation from landscape to portrait, etc. The only reason I'm not returning it and getting a Motorola is because there is a $50.00 'restocking fee' from Verizon for all smartphone returns.
