When I ordered my new phone (over the phone), the salesperson told me the otterbox was the only case available at the moment. I didn't want it, but I didn't want my phone to be without a case, even briefly. So I bought it. Then shortly after I received the phone I bought a different case...what a waste of money. Verizon should offer more choices.

First one I got lasted about 6 months so it cracked so I had to get a new one! Hopefully it will last longer. I was told have I purchased another that I should have gotten it free because it has a lifetime guarantee.
