I purchased this case a couple of weeks ago. While the case is very sturdy, I have a few complaints:
* Disassembling the case in order to put it on my phone required me to watch a video, and took over ten minutes. I don't have extremely strong hands, so trying to separate the all of the pieces was frustrating.
* The placement of the pop socket is in the middle, which does not help when trying to take a selfie when in the horizontal/landscape mode. This is because I can barely get my fingers to reach the pop socket.
* The case is so thick that I can barely fit my fingers between the pop socket and the case.
* The buttons are very hard to push because of how thick the case is.
* The case does not work well with a screen protector. As careful as I was with putting the case on my phone, it is now slowly lifting the screen protector from my screen.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I like it but the pop socket is right in the middle, which just kind of makes it uncomfortable. Would be nice if it was on the lower side but all in all. I always like otterbox cases.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
Always bought OtterBoxes for my phones and since I use my phone frequently for work, the PopSocket came in handy to help with a more firm grip and to avoid carpal tunnel. Put both items together was an idea of genius.
The best part is how low profile the popsocket sits with it being built into the case. It can be hard to swap out popsockets but I find if you can't just spin it out, just pull the popsocket out and grab it tightly at the base and spin...that should do the trick.

At first I was confused at how to put it on but Ive had it for a month now and I love the pop socket which allows me to prop my phone up on the floor to watch my home workout videos up close!

i was pretty unhappy with my old s10 case because the backstand broke within a month of use. This backstand is durable and fun to play with and the case itself is quite attractive
