Been buying otterbox cases for years and years. Defender, Commuter, now the Symmetry. They all had a cover to keep debris out of the charging port……….until now! Nothing more than an overpriced plastic piece of crap with the name Otterbox on it! I’ll be looking elsewhere from now on!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Works well, transferred info from my old 6S properly. Screen is slightly smaller, but I wanted a compact phone, so that’s ok. Surprisingly, when using the phone with Bluetooth connection to my Jambox speaker the sound is weaker (both max volume and quality) compared to my old phone which gave a significantly better experience—maybe with newer bells and whistles they somehow degraded that function. I don’t like Bluetooth earbuds so got a dongle at Verizon which is a bit larger than I like — it allows to use the plug in earpiece while charging, something I am unlikely to need to do.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I am very clumsy at times and needed a case that will actually protect my iPhone. It does a great job at that. I have thrown my phone across a room (accidentally) and this case has completely protected it. The only issue I have with this case is that if you buy a light color, it stains. I only had this for a month before the sides of the pink case had turned a darker color. For the price I paid, I expected it not to do that. I am not a dirty person and I don’t do dirty things, my phone mainly is in my pocket. This is a good case and I recommend it, but make sure you stick with the darker colors if you are picky about your case looking dirty. I ended up throwing mine away and ordering a black one instead.

Not as good my old I6S sssss

I have a new I12 mini and I like the features and the processor speed but, I do not get cell service in areas that my old I6S received service. My I6S received service nicely at my work location which is in a basement office area. I never had a service problem ever. My new I12 mini has me service in same office ands my phone is useless. I can receive calls if I open web calling service. I am very disappointed because I cannot return the phone without losing my screen saver fee and a $50 restocking fee. My advice to shoppers is the I12mini is inferior to an old I6S and I say do not buy. It’s the worse $700 I have ever spent.

I’ve been using otter boxes for over ten years and as usual I am not disappointed! I love the symmetry series and how sleak but still protective it is. Feels really good in the hands and the MagSafe feature is nice:)
