I had this mount years ago and never had problems but had an older phone and different pop socket. Just purchased a new MagSafe pop socket and got another vent mount and it doesn’t support the weight of the phone. If you turn quickly it flies right out. Bummed but I will be returning it.

Horrible product! I ordered for my new car to clip to vent. I did not a phone holder that I have to adhere to the dash. Well let me tell you! Everyday this vent mount is falling off my vent and into floor with phone in it. Skills very easily out of vent and doesn’t hold phone well.

I really wanted this to work, but it doesn’t hold the weight of my phone and just falls straight out of the vent. I tried rotating and nothing makes it work.

I just purchased this and I’m extremely disappointed. I usually love pop socket products but this one definitely did not hold up to its name. The holder and phone kept falling out of the air vent when the phone was attached to it.

I was scared after ordering it since I saw some reviews saying it doesn’t hold their phones and doesn’t stay in the vent. I clipped mine on and it worked. I noticed there was two sizes on the clip, and it stays in place for my Samsung phone with an otter box. Fast shipping to my rural box number, in the middle of Canada. It also came days before the expected arrival. I'm very happy, Thank you. I will be ordering again in the near future!

I have a pop socket on my phone so I was looking for a mount for my car that I could use with it. I bought this mount and I was so disappointed as soon as I put it in the vent. My phone does not stay up when I put it in the mount. No matter which way I turn it the phone just leans down. I have an iPhone 11 pro but I don't think the phone is the problem here. I wish I could get my money back!
