They want to know how I like my charger but I haven’t even gotten it yet and according to my Verizon app I never purchased anything. On top of that I had to chat with a stupid AI generated clown that could not help me figure it out

Not so fond of this apparatus. I just prefer the permanent pop sockets. This kind, the magnet, tends to come off just from holding it.
